SecureNet has launched a mobile app with an integrated service for merchants to accept payments and receive reports on their business.
Using the mobile app – which is free of charge – business owners can accept payments, make refunds and track cash payments remotely. The mobile solution, which is available on iOS devices, comes with an encrypted card reader.
The system will let business owners with multiple employees manage, sync and share inventory and business settings across multiple devices with data being backed up in the cloud.
The app can be modified by merchants to customise how they view inventory, tax, sales reporting and staff management updates.
SecureNet says its app will speed up the customer checkout process with one-tap sales ticket creation, customised tipping amounts and instant email receipts.
Brent Warrington, SecureNet’s CEO, said merchants need to evolve to meet customers where they are shopping. "As new sales channels emerge, customers have unlimited options to choose when and where they want to shop," he said.
