First American Payment buys Chase Commerce Solutions’ ISO portfolio

First American Payment Systems has acquired the complete portfolio of Independent Sales Organization (ISO) accounts and associated contracts from Chase Commerce Solutions, the payment processing and merchant acquiring business of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

As part of the acquisition, First American will deliver a comprehensive product suite, strategies for growth and customer service to both ISOs and their merchants.

First American said that the deal will add to its existing portfolio of sales partners.

First American Payment Systems CEO Neil Randel said: "This purchase expands one of our core business strategies in delivering payments expertise and support to our sales partners.
