American Express (AmEx) Canada and Marriott International have collaborated to update the Starwood Preferred Guest Consumer and Business Credit Cards.
Set to launch in August this year, the revamped cards are designed to provide both business and leisure travellers enhanced benefits to earn points at 6,500 properties in 127 countries across 29 brands.
Cardholders will be able to earn 5x points at properties included under SPG and Marriott Rewards programmes, 3x points on select gas, dining and travel, and 2x points on all other purchases.
Additional benefits include automatic complimentary upgrade to Silver Elite Status, no annual fee, and an Annual Free Night Award.
