HSBC Taiwan has partnered with Singapore-based loyalty management company Ascenda to enhance its rewards proposition and launch a new Traveller’s Card in the second quarter of this year.
The Traveller’s Card, which will provide rewards offerings to Taiwanese travellers, will be made available to existing customers of HSBC Taiwan progressively.
The new offering is expected to accelerate the digital fulfilment of rewards for HSBC Taiwan customers.
It is also designed to expand the selection of aspirational redemption content for HSBC Taiwan customers when they use their points.
All these will be powered by Ascenda’s loyalty engine and exchange solutions.
HSBC has over 40 million customers across its global businesses including wealth and personal banking, commercial banking, and global banking and markets.
