
Payment technology firm North American Bancard (NAB) has teamed up with Factor4 for gift card and loyalty programme solutions.
The alliance will enable partners and merchants of NAB to help their customers make payments with a gift card via custom branded application.
These customers can now have a gift card and loyalty solution that brings together in-store, online and mobile interactions, and integrates with several point-of-sale devices.
Factor4 CEO Dan Battista said: “We are excited to partner with NAB and to provide their merchants with a robust solution that generates new revenue streams, reduces attrition, attracts new customers, and motivates customers to make repeat purchases.
“By integrating Factor4’s gift card and loyalty solution, NAB now provides merchants with every payments tool they need to run their businesses effectively.”
At present, NAB partners can access the service through the Factor4 app.
It can eventually be accessed through a direct integration with NAB’s proprietary payments app, Payanywhere.
NAB vice president of product Preet Patel said: “The partnership with Factor4’s gift card and loyalty app will allow us to offer enterprise-level solutions to small business owners that will add value to existing customers and attract new ones.”
Last month, payment solutions provider Clearent collaborated with Factor4 to offer its small-to-medium-sized business (SMB) customers omnichannel gift card and loyalty solutions.
The solutions provided by Factor4 can be used in-store, online as well as on mobile devices.
Earlier this year, Factor4 entered into a partnership to offer its gift card and loyalty solutions to POS solutions provider Advanced Mobile Payment (AMP).
