Poland’s Nest Bank has chosen Fiserv to power its debit and credit card programmes as part of the bank’s ongoing digital development.
Through the partnership, Fiserv will provide traditional and online card issuing, as well as fraud monitoring. This will enable Nest Bank to issue virtual payment cards quickly.
Agnieszka Porębska-Kość, member of the management board of Nest Bank, said: “We decided to choose Fiserv as our partner in the field of credit card outsourcing because we share common values: innovation, professionalism, and services at the highest level.”
Nest Bank specialises in financial services for micro- and small enterprises. Currently, it offers a range of products for retail clients, including deposit accounts and investment products.
Porębska-Kość continued: “We are a bank that focuses on digital customer service channels and develops them intensively. That is why it was vital for us to acquire an innovative partner such as Fiserv. We also appreciate the company’s contribution to shaping a modern cashless payment market in Poland, with emphasis on the security of card users.”
Card data migration
Earlier this month, Nest Bank completed the migration of card data from the bank’s systems to Fiserv. Both cards and PIN codes remained the same and do not need to be replaced.
