Starbucks has introduced its Android payments in the UK
and Canada, and added to the platform’s services in US.
This move brings the number of Starbucks shops
accepting mobile payments up to 14,000 globally.

Starbucks Card prepaid wallet facility, and the My Starbucks
Rewards loyalty programme on mobile devices.
The US platform has been enriched, adding
PayPal support.
“The expansion of our mobile payment footprint
to two of our most important markets is a strong milestone for us,
but more importantly, it extends the number of customers who now
have a faster and easier way to pay at Starbucks,” said Starbucks
Coffee Company chief digital officer Adam Brotman.
