US-based mobile payment provider Text2Pay
has launched an in-app payment solution Tap2Pay for global Google
Android and Blackberry users.
Tap2Pay is a white label solution and can be
integrated into apps via an application programming interface (API)
and Java library, allowing developers to charge users for features
and virtual credits within them.

The solution does not require credit card
details or third-party registration as the payment is simply added
to the users phone bill. Tap2Pay works by allowing the user to
choose the purchase they wish to make.
The developer is then prompted to make a call
to start the transaction, which in turn is then confirmed by the
user with a single tap.
Mark Reiken, CEO of Text2Pay, said:
