Payment processing provider YESpay’s EMBOSSEMV
card payment service has received end-to-end pan-European
accreditation and claims to ‘significantly’ reduce card processing
costs.
YESpay’s solution allows merchants operating
in multiple countries across Europe to integrate a single credit
and debit payment service in their POS device. Through working with
Elavon Merchants Services, retailers can also benefit from a
single, consolidated merchant service agreement.
By using the solution by YESpay it is argued
merchants can dramatically reduce the technical burdens and high
costs of operating multiple card payment services in the different
countries they have stores in a EMBOSS is a common payment solution
for all stores regardless of location.
“This pan-European accreditation of YESpay’s
EMBOSS payment service with Elavon Merchant Services makes us one
of the leading global payments companies providing outsourced EMV
payment services in over 30 countries in Europe and in North
America,” said Rohit Patni, EVP sales and marketing, YESpay.
“As more and more retailers nowadays are
looking for economies of scale to streamline their operational
costs, we are here to help them with their card payments
requirements on a global basis.”
Approved with the payment services provider
VeriFone’s VX810 PIN Pad, EMBOSS claims to support but off-line and
on-line PIN verification, which ensures the solution can deal with
all credit and debit card payments.
