
Digital commerce solutions provider NCR Voyix has signs processing agreement Worldpay to enhance its payments solutions for retail and restaurant sectors.
The agreement will integrate Worldpay’s acquiring services into NCR Voyix’s platform, providing customers with a omnichannel payment acceptance solution.
Worldpay for Platforms Group president Matt Downs stated: “Worldpay for Platforms’ industry leading solutions are designed to serve a wide range of vertical software companies.
“The combination of these solutions and Worldpay’s leading global e-commerce capabilities will allow NCR Voyix to provide an exceptional omnichannel payment processing product for its customer base.”

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, NCR Voyix specialises in retail and restaurant systems with platform-led SaaS and services and serving clients in over 30 countries.
The company reported a revenue of $2.8bn for the full year of 2024, a decrease from $3.2bn in the previous year.
For the fourth quarter, revenue was $682m, compared to $796m in the same period last year.
Earlier this month, Worldpay agreed to acquire an UK-based AI-driven fraud prevention platform Ravelin to strengthen its solutions and assist merchants worldwide to address fraud activity.
