Sybase 365 strikes deal with MasterCard

Mobile messaging and mobile commerce service provider Sybase has snapped up another high-profile deal: This time, Sybase 365, a division of Sybase, has partnered with MasterCard to target growth in mobile commerce in emerging markets. In a joint statement the companies said they were working together on a platform that will target more than 2.5bn of unbanked consumers.
