RBS enables ATM withdrawals via mobile app – without a card

Facebook updates m-payments service, cuts down check-out steps
Facebook has updated its mobile payments system to make the check out process easier and faster. The updated version of the m-payments system now has just two, instead of seven, steps involved in the purchase payment process. Facebook has labeled it a low-friction carrier billing service that is already available in the US, the UK and will be rolled out in other countries as well, a blogger for Facebooks developer site wrote.
