
DX.com, an online store based in China, is using the Decision Manager solution from e-commerce payment management provider CyberSource to strengthen its fraud management capabilities online.
A subsidiary of Visa Inc, CyberSource’s solution enables merchants to analyse and compare their inbound orders for fraudulent transactions using a fraud detection radar.
A customizable management console is also provided that gives merchants access to over 260 global validation tests and services.
A recent study has shown that China’s online sales are expected to annually increase from $426bn to $650bn by 2020.
China’s internet population had reached 564m by the end of 2012, of which 242m had made online purchases.
