Georgia-based US Bankcard Services has unveiled an iPad credit card payment terminal.
The merchant service provider announced the launch of the POS system, compatible with all iPad models, on 1 October.
US Bankcard Services said clients will be able to start processing payments right away as long as they have an iPad, WiFi or 3G and have their credit card payments processed through Elavon.
The POS system stores merchant data in the cloud, so that retailers can see sales information at any time. It can also capture customer contact information, accept cash, credit cards and other payment options, as well as email and print receipts.
US Bankcard Services said all credit card transactions are encrypted, making the system secure and safe to use.
US Bankcard Services also offers services and solutions such as restaurant e-commerce, gift card services, check guarantee, PCI-DSS compliance consultancy, 24-7 multilingual customer service and technical support.
