Wave, the Canadian provider of cloud-based, integrated software and tools for small businesses, has launched Payments by Wave as an app for iOS.
The app allows small business owners to accept and process credit card payments, record cash payments and issue receipts directly from their mobile devices.
Payments by Wave for iOS is the last feature in Wave’s range of small business software allowing its owners to accept a number of credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

E-invoicing, accounting, direct payments and payroll tax services: these are some of the services provided by Wave, founded in 2010 and focused on small business owners’ needs.
The company has secured over $19m in funding and records 650,000 registered users.
Wave’s last evolution follows a recurring invoice presentment capability launched earlier in July 2013 and a beta version of its mobile payments program.
