Alliance Data Systems’ card services unit has signed a long-term agreement to offer co-brand affinity credit card services for media firm Univision Communications (UCI) through UCI’s Enterprise Development unit.

Alliance’s card services unit offers branded private label, co-brand, as well as commercial credit programs.

Alliance is providing a marketing-driven co-brand affinity credit program for Univision, which aims to improve the media brand’s relationship with its customers.

The loyalty program will reward cardmembers for dollars spent, offering redemption options such as Univision branded merchandise, exclusive content and experiences that could include behind the scenes video as well as VIP access at events.

Univision Enterprise Development executive vice president Rick Alessandri said: "The new Univision MasterCard Credit Card further reinforces our mission-driven focus of informing, entertaining, and empowering the U.S. Hispanic community.
