According to the terms of the agreement, Allied Wallet will keep on serving over 60m users from all over the world by providing solutions for credit card processing and payment services.

Allied Wallet was founded in 2002 and it provides payment processing services for online merchants, enabling them to receive international payments. Fraud protection services are also offered by the company.

This deal follows Allied Wallet’s joint venture with paysafecard, a European provider of payment processing services, to allow merchants to accept a new payment method of international e-commerce.
