US-based Atlantic Pacific Processing Systems (APPS) has reached an agreement with CT-Payment, whereby the former will offer its US merchant customers payment processing products and services to its Canadian operations from CT-Payment.

APPS operates as payment solutions provider whereas CT-Payment does business as a payment processor and merchant services provider in Canada.

As per terms of the contract, CT-Payment will also deliver payment processing products and services to its Canadian merchant customers who have US operations through APPS.

Merchants, value-added resellers (VARs) and financial institution partners in the US and Canada can access to a full suite of payment processing services, competitive pricing structures and dedicated sales support teams.

APPS CEO Abe Maghaguian said: “Our focus on marquee merchants, the government and municipality vertical market and financial institution partners has enabled us to grow organically into one of the most reliable and successful processors in the business today.

“We have found a valuable strategic partner in CT-Payment. We share the same important business values and internal processes, plus offer superior tools and customized payment solutions, which will enable mutual expansion in both the United States and Canada alike.”
