Pakistan-based Askari Bank (AKBL) and Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) have reached an agreement to launch a co-branded card.
The agreement was signed by Abid Sattar, the CEO & president of Askari Bank, and Air Marshal Arshad Malik, the CEO of PIA, at the airline’s head office along with senior officers.
As per the terms of the agreement, AKBL and PIA will launch a co-branded loyalty programme.
The loyalty programme will be integrated with PIA Awards +Plus Frequent Flyer Program.
The card will allow PIA and AKBL customers to accrue miles on each rupee spent by availing frequent flyer program membership along with other benefits.
Arshad Malik said that the agreement is intended to take a step forward in providing better services and bringing more convenience and value addition to customers of PIA and AKBL.
Abid Sattar said that the innovative technology-oriented products that provide more convenience customer experience are a step forward in the same decision.
