Omani lender Bank Nizwa has teamed up with MasterCard to introduce a new range of credit cards that are Shari’ah-compliant.

The new credit cards have been customised to serve the needs of various customer segments, and offers financial flexibility in over 35 million locations across the globe.

Commenting on the new offering, MasterCard general manager for Gulf countries Raghav Prasad said: "We are proud to launch Oman’s widest ranging Islamic credit card program with Bank Nizwa, which is one of our key partners in Oman’s Islamic banking sector. Through strategic partnerships, we are able to provide cardholders with value-added benefits, premium privileges and rewards.
