Capgemini Norge AS has partnered with
EnterCard, a Nordic credit card issuer, to support their growth
ambitions through the control of their central IT systems.

The agreement is set to run for five years and
has an estimated value of $30 million. It entails delivery to all
of EnterCard’s businesses in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Capgemini will support EnterCard in delivering
their products to market quickly and increasing development speed
whilst reducing costs. Rightshore, Capgemini’s global delivery
model will be used to implement this.

The partnership will allow Capgemini to
provide end-to-end responsibility for application development and
management.

Tord Topsholm, operations director for
EnterCard said: “EnterCard is growing rapidly and we are heavily
focussed on developing great propositions for our customers and
partners. For us it is important to have an agile IT partner that
can match our market leading ambitions as the cad industry develops
and the needs of our customers are changing.”

EnterCard was a joint venture launched in 2005
between Swedbank and Barclays Bank to become a market leader in the
Nordic region.
