Mobile point-of-sale solutions firm CardFlight has unveiled the latest version of its SwipeSimple payment acceptance solution built for small businesses.
SwipeSimple Version 5.0 features a combination of paper receipt printing and countertop hardware. Furthermore, this provides merchants with a portable printer to issue paper receipts, along with a compatible cash drawer.
The new payment acceptance solution offers discount options for merchants. This enables them to set up the amount or percentage discounts for particular items or the whole transaction.
Furthermore, it also comes with item categories for allowing easy tracking of merchant inventory as well as business insights. Retailers can also add image to each item via the item images feature.
In addition, favourite pages option facilitates set up of pages that will contain frequently used items and discounts. This allows users to quickly and easily identify these items and add them to a check out.
The accompanying SwipeSimple Virtual Terminal accepts card-not-present payments on the mobile app and website.
