Chase Card Services and Marriott International have rolled out the new Marriott Rewards Premier Plus Credit Card targeting customer’s travel needs.

The launch follows a survey involving customers who had planned trips within the coming 12 to 18 months, in which 96% of respondents said it’s important to align travel plans with personal passions.

Around 58% of those surveyed were found to have a cash-back credit card that can be used for travel, and Chase also designed its new credit card to offer travel-related perks such as access to properties under the Marriott Rewards programme, among others.

In addition, card members will also get more rewards value on purchases at associated Marriott hotels, without any foreign exchange fees and guaranteed elite status.

A statement from Chase read: “With more than 6,500 properties to choose from in 127 different countries and 29 brands, cardmembers can take advantage of the quality and breadth of travel possibilities that the Marriott loyalty programmes and card unlock.”
