Chase Card Services and United Airlines have partnered to launch the new and upgraded United Explorer Card featuring expanded travel credits, in-flight benefits and discounts.
The new card will offer two miles per $1 spend on United Airlines purchases along with extra two miles for $1 on hotel bookings and restaurants.
In addition, the card includes 25% cash back on in-flight purchases with United.
The new benefits are in addition to the existing ones such as zero foreign transaction fees, last seat availability and no expiration date on the earned miles.
United Airlines vice-president of loyalty Luc Bondar said: “We listened to customer feedback and worked with Chase to provide enhanced rewards that deliver on what our customers value most.
“By offering additional benefits such as up to $100 Global Entry or TSA Pre-Check statement credit, and 25% back on United in-flight purchases, the new United Explorer Card rewards customers for their everyday purchases and throughout their travel journey.”
