Citigroup has unveiled a new service that will enable its customers to make one-off or recurring mobile payments using credit cards.
Dubbed PayAll, users can access the new offering via the Citi Mobile app.
Initially customers can use the service for rent and education payments. These are usually managed through recurring bank transfers.
From next month, PayAll will add support for more spend categories such as taxes, electricity bills and condominium management fees.
On top of that, customers will earn rewards on their spending. In addition, customers do receive a small fee to use the service.
The service is currently available in Singapore, where it had a beta-launch last November.
