Citibank has introduced two new global credit card products, Citi Prestige and Citi Ultima Infinite, to address the needs of the global Indian and strengthen the lender’s market leadership in overseas card spends, according to The Asset.
Available on Visa Infinite platform, Citi Prestige allows members to redeem anything from reward points to air miles. The card also rewards cardholders with annual relationship points based on their banking and card relationship.
Anand Selvakesari, consumer banking head for Asean and India, was quoted by the publication, as saying: "With Citi Prestige, we are introducing a single global card solution to serve the needs of the well-heeled global Indian across the world.
"At the same time, we have observed a strong need for a credit card that can match the spending patterns and diverse needs of the ultra-high net worth individual, resulting in the Citi Ultima Infinite offering."
Additionally, Citi Ultima Infinite joins the portfolio as an exclusive "by invite only" credit card.
Besides India, Citi Ultima Infinite is currently being offered to the ultra-wealthy clients in Hong Kong and Singapore.
