The City of Tallahassee, Florida, has selected ACI Worldwide to offer the city’s utilities customers a payment kiosk option as a method for paying their utility bills.
ACI, in collaboration with QuotePro, and the City, will provide cash, credit and debit card payment services at Tallahassee Community College, Florida A&M University and the Frenchtown Renaissance Center, starting 17 August 2016.

ACI said it’s UP Bill Payment Solutions works from multiple devices and channels—from online to kiosks, mobile and voice. The platform leverages ACI’s UP Framework, a set of technologies that orchestrates all aspects of payment processing for any payment type, any channel, any currency and any network.
ACI Worldwide chief product officer Mike Braatz said: “Tallahassee embarked on an innovative way to enhance the customer payment experience, particularly for students and residents who pay their bills in person. By leveraging the UP Bill Payments solution, the kiosks will provide an accessible alternative for utility bill payments.”
