Sri Lankan Commercial Bank of Ceylon has partnered with cement manufacturer INSEE Cement to release a new loyalty debit card for dealers, dubbed INSEE Illakkaya Loyalty Debit Card.
Available in Debit Gold and Platinum variants, the chip-enabled card with NFC ‘tap & go’ technology is linked to the Commercial Bank savings accounts of the dealers.

Cardholders will be able to avail benefits, offers and promotions through INSEE’s Ilakkaya loyalty programme. They can use the card to redeem loyalty points earned by purchase of the firm’s cement, products and solutions.
The loyalty points will be credited to dealers’ accounts each month. Users can also earn Max Loyalty Points through purchases at Commercial Bank’s partner merchant outlets.
Incorporated in 1969, the Commercial Bank of Ceylon provides credit and debit card cumulative point-of-sale usage services and runs 261 branches and 756 ATMs in Sri Lanka.
The bank also operates 19 locations in Bangladesh, a representative office in Maldives and money transfer service in Italy.
