The SNCF group has tapped Natixis Payments to develop its Personal Mobility Assistant app, which is intended at offering a single payment solution to customers.
Under the agreement, Natixis Payments will provide SNCF a solution integrated with the Personal Mobility Assistant app.
The aim is to simplify travel-related payment services, by enabling users to research, book and approve their travel plans from the new app.
OUI.sncf CEO Alexandre Viros said: “This move marks a key stage in our approach as we seek to provide an ever more seamless and personalised customer experience in a secure environment.
“It also represents a major milestone in our strategy to revolutionise transportation and become an MaaS1 leader as early as 2019.”
The S-money digital platform is designed to enable customers make payments for different travel forms using one click.
