Financial management solutions provider Elite has acquired Tranch, a B2B payments platform specialising in services for law firms.
Financial details about the transaction remain undisclosed.
Set up in 2021 by Philip Kelvin and Beau Allison, Tranch aids law firms in managing invoices and payments.
Its electronic payment solutions include “Pay Now” through FedNow and the Real-Time Payment Network for bank transfers, “Pay by Card” with virtual card terminals that helps billing teams, and “Pay Later” options.
Tranch’s platform offers law firms an invoice-to-payment solution that shortens cash collection cycles and enables workload capacity without increasing finance staff.
The acquisition will strengthen Elite’s ability to improve law firms’ financial and business management by providing visibility and control over revenue cycles to expedite growth.
