F1 Payments, Cross River Bank and RS2 Software have teamed up to offer payment processing services in North America.
F1 will leverage RS2’s global processing platform and Cross River’s sponsorship service to process payments.
Both physical as well as virtual businesses will benefit from the payment services.
The tie-up adds traditional merchant acquiring to Cross River’s suite.
The alliance is said to be a “key milestone” for RS2, enabling the firm to introduce F1 as its first merchant acquiring processing partner in the US.
RS2 North America CEO Daniela Mielke said: “The partnership highlights our efforts to transform the complexity of payments into opportunity, innovation and growth across all touchpoints in the payments ecosphere.”
Mobile craft cocktail service firm RyeontheRoad.com is the first company to benefit from the alliance of the three firms.
Commenting on the partnership, F1 president Chad Anselmo said: “Our unique partnership with Cross River and RS2 enables us to provide our merchants state-of-the art payments capabilities that increase business velocity.
“Collaborating with two great partners during the past year-and-a-half to bring this partnership to fruition has been a tremendous experience.
“We look forward to helping traditional retail merchants impacted during these unprecedented times with a new processing solution.”
