The Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL), Commercial Bank and Channel 17 (CH17) have rolled out a new hybrid debit card.
Launched exclusively for entrepreneurs in the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector, the new card offers special benefits including discounts on services from Sri Lanka Telecom and attractive discounts from Hardware stores, hospitals, restaurants, and for vehicle maintenance services.

Additionally, cardholders will also avail special promotions provided to Commercial Bank debit cardholders as well as offers by Mastercard round the year.
Issued by the FCCISL to its members, the new Mastercard branded debit card featuring EMV chip for better security.
Commercial Bank has agreed to work as the banking partner to issue this card.
FCCISL operates as an umbrella organisation of the private sector, and promotes business and industry in Sri Lanka by offering services such as advisory, consultative, promotional, information sharing and representative services.
