Analytics software company FICO said it will be offering social and mobile services in the Cloud.
FICO Analytic Cloud will support the FICO Adeptra Mobile Services Platform, for creating, customising and deploying analytic-driven applications and services.
Businesses will be able to identify fraudulent credit transactions, confirm payment plans and fix customer service issues by communicating with customers in real time using voice, SMS, mobile apps, and email, as well as social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
"We’ve all grown to expect instant communications in whatever channel we, personally, prefer the most," said Tony McGivern, chief information officer at FICO.
"This raises new questions for businesses about how to ensure customer engagement and loyalty. Now, with the FICO Analytic Cloud, businesses of all sizes and in every part of the world can create mobile services that drive every customer decision and action to resolution through the right channel, at the optimal moment, for the greatest impact."
The Analytic Cloud will also give app developers, business users and FICO partners direct access to FICO’s analytics and decision management tools and technology.
