Bulgaria’s First Investment Bank has replaced the existing acquiring system with the Tieto Card Suite solution.
The replacement of the current system will enable the lender to reduce its daily processing costs, offer a full range of acquiring services for its clients, and roll out new services later on, Tieto claims.

Tieto Card Suite offers various merchant processing and servicing options, enables better control and analyze daily activities, which in turn helps gain better insight on customer needs and optimization of the product portfolio.
Moreover, the solution helps financial institutions to withdraw from attracting third party services.
