Five Star Bank, a Warsaw–based lender, is to deploy 589 ATMs at all the Rite Aid pharmacies in the New York state, as part of its strategy to expand its footprint.
The deal includes addition of 55 Five Star Bank-branded machines in Monroe and Erie counties. The new machines will supplement the existing 60 Five Star-owned ATMs that are operational around Western and Central New York.
Five Star Bank had collaborated with Ride Aid partner Welch ATM for the new Point of Sale (PoS) machines.
Five Star Bank marketing director and senior vice president, Chuck Guarino, said that they are constantly searching for additional ways to bring more convenience and access to their customers.
"Made for You is so much more than a slogan — it truly embodies how we are evolving banking relationships.
"Our Rite Aid agreement delivers a service charge-free experience across the whole of New York State — from Buffalo to Albany, Manhattan to Plattsburgh, and all points in between," Guarino added.
