French mortgage bank Crédit Foncier de France
(CFF) has selected Logica All Payments Solution (LAPS) to attain
SEPA reachability and receive long-term scalability for its
evolving payments needs.
The first and second phases of CFF’s SEPA
implementation are already underway, enabling incoming SEPA Direct
Debits (SDDs) delivery for the bank. SEPA Credit Transfers (SCT)
for Compagnie de Financement Foncier, a CFF subsidiary, is also
being automated.

The third phase will reportedly include fully
automated SCT for CFF in November 2011.
“Maintaining compliance with current and
impending SEPA regulation is of utmost importance to us,” says Luc
Rondot, chief information officer of CFF.
The final project aims at automating the
outgoing SDDs for CFF and Compagnie de Financement Foncier by
2012.
“LAPS is providing CFF with a cost effective
framework and high straight-through processing rates,” says
Jean-Pierre Arens, director of payments for Logica. “It can also
handle increasing payment volumes.”
