Cryptocurrency mining firm GD Entertainment and Technology (GDET) has teamed up with card manufacturer Lion Credit Card for its DreamCard operation.
GDET snapped up DreamCard last August. The deal marked GDET’s entry into cryptocurrency-backed ‘white-label’ credit and debit card market.
Currently, GDET is working to design new product packaging for DreamCard as well as relaunch the dreamcard.cc under its new management.
Plans are also on to provide a limited-period promotional pricing on DreamCard offerings.
Through the dreamcard.cc website, users can design their cards with the online customisation portal.
Users will then receive a prepaid shipping label and can mail out their old card to the Lion Credit Card fulfillment facility.

GDET CEO Anil Idnani said: “The team at Lion Credit Card have high aspirations for the success of DreamCard and are as equally motivated to provide customers with the best in class products and services.
“While DreamCard works on its new blockchain based prototypes, I look forward to relaunching the dreamcard.cc website live in the upcoming weeks so users may benefit from some of our existing, customisable products.”
