Hong Kong-based fintech firm Neat has joined Visa’s global network and rolled out its first Neat Visa card for businesses incorporated in the city.

Neat taps Visa’s network to issue its own payment products and bolster customer experience.

The company aims to serve the underserved small businesses and entrepreneurs by rolling out the corporate cards.

The cardholders of Neat Visa card will obtain more control over their business finances, noted the fintech firm.

Businesses can set up their monthly spending limits, track expenses, and set up transaction alerts.

The Neat Visa card also offers 1% cashback to customers on all their purchases.

Visa Hong Kong and Macau GM Maaike Steinebach said: “Having access to commercial cards and products should not be limited to a handful of big corporations.

“The Neat Visa card can help small and medium sized businesses optimise their cash flow and tap into Visa’s global network and other exclusive business services.

“Visa is really excited to be part of Neat’s journey to bring better customer experience to SMEs and entrepreneurs in Hong Kong.”

Neat CEO David Rosa said: “Neat becoming a member of Visa is a true testament to the hard work of the team and the substantial investments we have made scaling up our company to offer a world-class customer experience.

“Our new Neat Visa card really gives SMEs the flexibility and control they need over their spending. We are proud to be helping SMEs and entrepreneurs grow their businesses across borders.”
