IDBI Bank, a public sector lender in India, has rolled out its new credit card in collaboration with National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
Known as ‘Winnings’ Rupay Select Credit Card, the new product offers a number of travel, shopping and dining privileges and allows cardholders to earn rewards points on every spend.

The bank said that the new credit card is at par with other credit card variants offered by the international card networks such as Visa and MasterCard.
The new credit card provides with several privileges and paybacks, which include: welcome benefits such as cash back, delight points, gift vouchers, discounts; complimentary domestic & international lounge programme; cash back for every utility bill payments, eateries and restaurants, mobile wallet, fuel surcharge; and round the clock concierge services.
The cardholders will get a comprehensive insurance cover up to INR1m ($15,471).
At present, the bank offers four variants of credit cards – ‘Royale’ Signature Credit Card, ‘Aspire’ Platinum Credit Card, ‘Euphoria’ World Credit Card and ‘Imperium’ Secured Platinum Credit Card.
