Isis has teamed up with US brand Jamba Juice to give away up to 1m smoothies to customers who use their Isis wallet to pay.

Customers with an NFC enabled smartphone and enhanced SIM from AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile US or Verizon Wireless can claim a free Jamba Juice smoothie from participating outlets when they pay using the Isis mobile wallet app. The scheme will be rolled out later this year for the national launch of Isis.

Michael Abbott, Isis CEO, said: "The Million Free Smoothie Giveaway provides a powerful incentive for consumers to experience the simplicity and convenience of mobile commerce.

"From pilot to national availability, our successful partnership with Jamba Juice showcases the business value and marketing capabilities of mobile commerce."

James White, CEO of Jamba Juice, said: "Jamba Juice is committed to supporting new and existing customers in an ultra-mobile retail world.

"To that end, we’re rolling out NFC terminals with Isis’ proprietary SmartTap technology at Jamba Juice locations nationwide, allowing customers to redeem and pay for products with one tap. We’re also excited about the degree of exposure Jamba Juice will receive for new and evolved menu items."
