Japanese credit card firm JCB International has partnered with real-time digital payment software provider ACI Worldwide to boost merchant acquiring capabilities globally.
JCB has completed the global rollout of its Web API payment service, which also includes a dispute function.
This service is based on the full implementation of JCB’s ACI Secure eCommerce solution.
This solution helps in accelerating JCB Card acceptance across Asia and globally, for acquirers, merchants, and payments service providers (PSPs).
The Web API offers both authorisation and clearing capabilities to acquirers and the dispute function enables them to request representment as a remedy for chargebacks and receive chargeback alerts.
Acquirers and PSPs can help merchants provide JCB cardmembers with additional payment options after the full rollout of the Web API solution.
