Islamic lender Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) has introduced its loyalty programme for cardholder customers.
The new programme, called Walaa Baytik, will enable the bank’s prepaid and credit cardholders to earn loyalty points.

The customers can redeem the loyalty points through various transactions. It includes airline tickets, car rentals and hotel reservations among others. Customers can also use the loyalty points to claim cash refunds in specific transactions.
KFH-Bahrain Retail Banking deputy head Subah Abdullatif Al Zayani said: “Walaa Baytik loyalty programme, offers a unique value-added experience to our cardholders providing points for a host of benefits and rewards.
“We will automatically register all our credit card holders in this programme whereby they will receive SMS messages to activate the service.”
The KFH-Bahrain loyalty programme is also part of the bank’s effort to enhance services for credit and prepaid card customers.

By GlobalDataKFH-Bahrain Cards & E-Channels head Abdulrahman Abdullatif Al Khan said: “Our customers are able to redeem the points they earn when using their cards through the Walaa Baytik rewards portal that can be accessed from the Bank’s corporate website rewards.kfh.bh, and our KFHB Cards app.
“Through this portal our customers benefit from an online catalogue of reward items, special promotions and discounted products that can be used directly as redemption items.”
Besides the new loyalty programme, the KFH Credit and Prepaid Cards provide its holders with purchase protection, extended warranty, free travel insurance and free airport lounge access.
Established in 2002, KFH-Bahrain also provides Islamic commercial and investment banking services.
