UnionPay International has teamed up with Lane Crawford, a luxury department store, to offer exclusive privileges for UnionPay platinum and diamond cards at their physical stores and online flagship store.

The Chinese card company said that it is the first time that Lane Crawford is providing long-term privileges for bankcards of a specific brand.

Lane Crawford manages nine brick and mortar stores in mainland China and Hong Kong, along with an online flagship store.

As per the agreement, UnionPay premium cardholders who are newly-registered Lane Crawford members can get double credit for their first purchase using UnionPay premium cards from now to 31 December 2017.

Additionally, they can avail 10% off at designated restaurants, free clothing alteration service, free parking (two hours), beauty advice, and facial care for spending a certain amount. All these privileges are not limited by the level of their membership.

Currently, UnionPay cards are accepted in 160 countries and regions, including more than 19 million merchants and two million ATMs outside mainland China.
