ManageCasa, a property management platform, has joined forces with payments firm Stripe to offer a digital payments solution for landlords and property managers.

Established in 2016, ManageCasa caters to more than 2,000 property managers across the globe.

The new offering will support automation of property management services including rent payments and bookkeeping.

ManageCasa will demo the new offering at Apartmentalize 2019 in Denver, Colorado.

Initially, the solution will be rolled out in the US. However, plans are on for a broader roll-out soon.

Moreover, ManageCasa’s account configuration options have been upgraded to include more granular user roles.

As a result, property managers can allot certain functions to maintenance managers or accountants.

ManageCasa CEO Peter Koch said: “Sending and receiving payments has always been a challenge in our industry, often requiring lots of time and effort on the part of both property managers and tenants to meet in person to get rent and bills paid.

“We’re thrilled to provide an online solution that will allow payments to change hands securely in just a few clicks.”

Stripe was in the limelight recently for various reasons.

Last week, the firm partnered Coupa Software on B2B payments.

Stripe recently also teamed up with Xero to simplify payments for small businesses.
