Nayax, a cashless payment systems provider for vending machine operators, has acquired InOne, a US-based provider of cashless payment systems, remote data collection, management software and replacement control boards to expand its presence in the US.
The acquisition will enable Nayax to expand its cashless payment services to unattended operators in North America, reported VendingMarketWatch.
Through this deal, vending machine operators in US will be able to deploy Nayax’s full range of products for cashless payments and telemetry including VPOS (all-in-one card reader), AMIT 3.0 telemetry unit, Monyx card, monitoring, management as well as business intelligence (BI).
By partnering with InOne, Nayax has currently installed more than 65,000 devices globally.
Additionally, the deal will allow US operators to use Nayax’s EMV certified solution by 2015.
Nayax CEO, Yair Nechmad, was quoted by the publication as saying: "Nayax’s acquisition of InOne, Nayax product division represents a natural fit, as both organizations share the same mission of providing comprehensive cashless payment solutions, telemetry, monitoring and management platform for the unattended automated machine market."
Recently, Nayax has unveiled a new Monyx app for operators to communicate with their consumers and market their business with loyalty cards, sales and more.
