National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has partnered with American online payment service provider PayPal to safeguard its credit card holders from fraud while shopping online.
The deal will enable NBK credit card holders to create a PayPal account through NBK online banking portal and start making online payments through PayPal accounts instead of credit cards, reports Kuwait Times.

The deal is aimed at providing an additional layer of protection and ensure the privacy of credit card users’ credentials and information.
NBK deputy general manager for consumer banking group Ahmed Al-Khader told the publication, "This service offers additional protection layer for online shoppers by eliminating the risk of credit card frauds."
