National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has launched a new Al Shabab Visa Prepaid Card aimed to target Shabab customers who transfer their student allowance to NBK.

The new prepaid card delivers a range of benefits including 50% discount on movie tickets every weekend in partnership with Kuwait National Cinema Company (Cinescape) and instant discounts at up to 44 merchants in Kuwait.
The re-loadable card will also provide an exclusive 20% discount on yearly memberships at Platinum Health Club for males in addition to free travel insurance coverage up to $100,000.
Also, cardholders will be rewarded with the NBK Rewards program at more than 600 participating outlets that include dining, shopping and a variety of lifestyle offers.
Designed to target Kuwaiti Al Shabab students aged between 17 and less than 23, the prepaid card serves as a better alternative to cash for making purchases and is safe to use for online shopping.
The easy-to-use card will be accepted locally and worldwide.
