Net Element, a technology provider of mobile payments and value-added transactional services, has executed partnership agreements with telecom operators Kcell JSC and Beeline to offer mobile payment services to millions of Kazakhstan subscribers.
Under the agreement, Kcell and Beeline will use Net Element’s mobile payment platform, TOT Money, to facilitate mobile payments for its subscribers.
Net Element said that the deal will focus on increasing revenues from the Kazakhstan mobile commerce market.
Net Element CEO Oleg Firer said: "By signing Kcell and Beeline in Kazakhstan, Net Element has solidified partnerships to provide mobile payment services for the largest mobile operators in the region.
"This is an important part of Net Element’s strategy to capitalize on Kazakhstan’s booming mobile marketplace and to position TOT Money as a leading mobile payments provider."
In June 2015, Net Element signed an agreement with Kazkommertsbank (Kazkom) to offer payment processing services in Kazakhstan.
