Online Payment Platform(OPP), a specialised payment service provider for platforms and marketplaces is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI).
Under the EMI licence, OPP is expanding its capabilities to facilitate C2C, B2C and B2B payments for platforms and marketplaces in the UK. To add to its offering including multi-split payments, escrow solutions, a seamless onboarding experience, dispute handling and automated mediation, the EMI licence now allows OPP to offer a wallet solution giving users an even more seamless payment experience.

By leveraging these connections, OPP provides businesses with genuine cross-border capabilities, allowing them to navigate the complexities of international expansion. In 2022, Wordline bought a 40% stake in OPP.
