Payment solutions provider ACI Worldwide has unveiled the upgraded version of its ACI Speedpay to offer more convenience and customer engagement while addressing security concerns more effectively.
ACI Speedpay offers improved e-billing options for a range of sectors including consumer finance, insurance, auto finance, and mortgage.
It now incorporates the agent-IVR conference feature, which allows customer service representatives (CSRs) to conference clients to enter payment data via the interactive voice response (IVR) system of the firm.
The tool blurs the entry of customers’ payment card information from the CSR.
ACI Speedpay also includes data analytics and visualisation tools to offer a better understanding of customer experience.
At the same time, it has various notification methods such as text and email.
ACI Worldwide executive vice president Sanjay Gupta said: “This latest release focuses on billing and payments convenience, security and customer communications.
“In addition to ACI Speedpay’s agent-IVR conference feature, we’ve improved security with our tokenised payment entry form – safety features that consumers and businesses need.
“With our Dynamic eBilling, multi-recipient and optional cash payment features, we are providing consumers with more choice in how they receive billing notifications and how they can pay their bills.”
ACI Worldwide agreed to acquire Speedpay, the US bill pay business of Western Union, for $750m earlier this year.
